Safety - Accessibility - Inclusivity
Commencing 28th August 2026, all local transport authorities (LTAs) in England must publish an initial bus network accessibility plan (Bus NAP) by 1 April 2027.
Trueform provide a cost-effective, nationwide bus stop and shelter survey and auditing service to enable transport authorities to meet this requirement and gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of their bus stop infrastructure.
Every month, we undertake over 5,000 on-street audits for our customers. Our large, experienced team of auditors and administrators utilise the latest in computerised surveying software to provide accurate information and data on bus stop and shelters assets.
We provide a tailor-made range of services, ranging from a single individual stop or route assessment, through to full county / city wide reviews of all stops and shelters. The choice is yours.
Our audits deliver essential stop, shelter and stopping places data and insights to empower your decision-making and planning. Our customers can make informed decisions to optimise their budget spending, improve the quality, appeal, safety, accessibility and inclusivity of roadside infrastructure, enhancing the overall customer experience.
